DESCRIPTION:On the 30th August we will have a combined service starting at 
 9:30am.  Following the service everyone is invited to join in a shared p
 ot luck early lunch. \n\nThis event is being co-ordinated by the newly fo
 rmed Arawang Fellowship Committee. \n\nWe hope that we have many people s
 taying on for lunch straight after the service and seek your help with the
  catering. \nPossible food contributions include....\n\npre-made sandwich
 es\nsavoury slice e.g.zucchini slice or vegetable slice\nsoup (already in 
 a crock pot to heat up) and bread\ncold meat platter\ncheese platter\nsala
 ds\ncake/ biscuits/ slices (including some GF and DF options) \nsweet opt
 ions suitable for children \nany other contributions depending on your pr
 eference\n\nTO NOTE:\n\nPlease include an ingredient list to assist those 
 with specific dietary needs. \nWe will make sure we have tea/coffee and d
 rink for the children set up beforehand.\nWe have plenty of serviettes and
  disposable plates and cups to use \nIf your dish needs heating we will l
 eave that with each individual to take care of themselves. \nAny help on 
 the day with setting up and cleaning up will be greatly appreciated. \n\n
 We are looking forward to a relaxed and enjoyable lunch together\,\nwith t
